    That run off is a good rule. If not for that rule, then the Lions would've had a free play. It's just a continuation play from now making a TD.

    Wouldn't be fair on the Falcons considering Tate was down and had a free play when offense is set. They wouldn't be set and time would've expired if Tate was called down in the first place.

    The way the Redskins played defense tonight is the way i wish the Titans could. We were getting shredded in the 2nd half by an anemic offense

    Yeah but the OAK WRs were awful. They dropped alot of balls, that they probably would of caught against us!

    It's not a bad rule, but if they almost hurt Detroit because if they had called him down at the 1, they still had 8 seconds to try getting set for a final play.
    It's very tough to change. I'd say maybe 10 seconds is too long, but 5 is probably not enough. Since that play was only a couple yard gain, if they had called him down, I think Detroit could have gotten another play off with 8 seconds.

    Someone must have told Crabtree he wasn't going to get away with pushing off last night. He didn't seem to try it. Considering he did so every time Carr threw him the ball against us, I think this may have had something to do with him not getting open as often last night. lol

    Whoever just sang the national anthem on tnf was pretty bad, NFL doesn't seem to care about righting a "wrong" letting that guy perform following last Sundays events
