    Reading either will tell you Flip is a pass-first OC. In Minnesota, you'd think that would be a good fit but it wasn't. Zimmer wanted a balanced to run-heavy offense which led to butting heads and, eventually, Flip's removal.

    I don't the Titans have the talent to play the style of football Flip wants. He'd not be a good fit, IMO.

    if the vikings dont have the talent to run it we certainly dont.

    i mean... how much talent do you need? theilen/diggs/rudolph/cook/cousins wasnt good enough? maybe that offensive style sucks

    what I feel happened is Fisher2.0 over there didnt know what he had in Flip and burned him like he did Pat Shurmur just a year earlier (who went on to get a HC job)

    This. This like a MF. JRob is being diplomatic on his stance with Marcus but surely he's got to know that we can't afford to cuff ourselves. Give me an OC that is gonna improve this team even with Rusty The Rifle Smith at QB, F hiring for the sake of continuity for Marcus, t.

    Doug Pederson called plays, So Reich was barely even an OC, that means Flip was probably barely even a QB coach.

    No thanks to a guy that lasted less than 1 season at OC.
