Why didn't our team come together when Dinger got cancer?

Don't know if anyone thought of this yet or not but i would not put it past the organization here to hire Jim Schwartz if he was fired by Detroit due to his connection to Tennessee in the past. They hired Munchak who ran things on the offensive line for that side of the ball so if Munchak was let go i could see them going after Schwartz worked mainly with the defense and ran that side of the ball here.

I would've chose Schwartz to head coach here before i would choose Munchak but of course Schwartz got his chance to coach elsewhere before Fisher ever left Tennessee.

I would prefer someone like Kyle Shanahan,Jay Gruden or Perry Fewell or basically anyone outside the organization but we know they usually stay loyal to their roots here when hiring a head coach. That has to stop though because this team would have a lot better chance by going with an outsider than to keep on hiring inside the organization.
