ncaa football rules committee has lost its mind

    so in an effort to "clean up the game" the rules committee has proposed a new celebration rule.

    if a player gets flagged for taunting or unsportsmanlike conduct on a touchdown play, there is a 15 yard penalty from the original line of scrimmage and the touchdown is taken off the board!

    just add this to the long list of reasons why college football is a joke.

    If this actually passes then I don't know if I'll ever take the BCS seriously again. It seems like the people running the program just got everything bass ackwards.

    I remember the good ole days when the top teams never played each other in bowl games. Those were the days.
