Move Butler to the Nickel.

He played well today! Hopefully he continues to improve!

 

This is a positive for this season

 

Amazing how much better the defense looks when he’s not always biting on double moves or jumping routes too early.

 

Maybe We should pump the brakes on cutting our high paid CB?

 

Did he play nickel today? Seemed like Adoree or Logan were on Gordon most of today

 

Exactly. I didn’t see or hear about him all game. That’s great.

Whether he was benched or playing well... they should just stick with that.
Helps that like 4/10 of Brady’s passes were in the dirt: hardly near a receiver, it seemed like.

 

We stopped playing one guy at left and right corner and flipped them throughout the game. It worked pretty well.

 

Move butler to another area code.... dude getting paid and giving us a nickel Cb.....

Thank god Jackson stepped up and covered Gordon today. Woulda been a slaughterhouse if Butler was out there.
