The Jets are actually turning into a decent team game-by-game, they only lost to TN and NE. Geno has struggled, but he's also shown flashes that he can be an NFL QB. They have some young targets for him to grow with: Kerley (24), Holmes (29), Cumberland (26), and Hill (22). That front 3 though - Wilkerson, Ellis, and Richardson are near the best in the NFL. Coples will come around and make a solid strong LOLB. Cromartie still has 3-4 years and Milliner has a ton of potential as well.

Next year they need to draft a pass-rushing OLB and a new FS. If everyone progresses how they should, the Jets could be a playoff team next year.

Geno Smith will be better than Sanchez ever was before this season is over. Not that that is saying all that much.
