    Didn’t want to believe it when I was watching it but it was the right decision. Near the end of the fight I knew DJ lost. Just got controlled too much in the champ rounds.

    I thought he had hurt TJ right before that and just got sloppy trying to finish but in replays I’m not even sure. Maybe TJ baiting him expecting him to drop his hands like that and just trade. It was crazy watching it....

    Supposedly Lawler vs Wonderboy is set for the ESPN debut in 2019. I understand putting a brawler like Lawler on that card but Wonderboy? His fights are not the most entertaining.

    Could be just the fight to counteract Wonderboy's boring style though. I highly doubt Lawler will be content to dance around for 15 minutes. Wonderboy is always talking about being more aggressive yet he never does it. He likely won't have a choice but to engage in this one.

    I think this is actually pretty smart booking. Wonderboy is super talented but it's at a point where even his fans expect his fights to be boring. If a fight with Lawler isn't entertaining then there's clearly no hope for him lol.
