    Mike Pouncey is apparently about to be released by the cap strapped Dolphins. He will be 29 next season and while he had some injury problems in the past he played a full season last season and looked great.

    Fins trade for C Kilgore as Pouncey asks for cut

    The last thing we need is 30-45 yards of penalties..

    Seems like he was good for at least 2-3 15 yard penalties every time I watched the Dolphins.

    Between him and Lewan, we would be giving up 100 yards of penalties per game.
