The past doesn't determine the future. You put both those guys in the same set of circumstances and youll get similar results., maybe even better thru Taylor.

Taylor does it all, Landry does 2 things; short 5-8 yard ins/outs, or bubble screens, hes not a big downfield threat.

Fans were mad with Mularkey's passing game, well youd be equally as mad in 2018 with an offense that forced itself thru Landry.

Im gonna keep beating this drum til it happens, stretch the field if you want to change this offense for the better, overpaying Landry doesnt do that for you.

We should be looking for WR's who go beyond the 1st down marker, not fall down in front of it.

That's a fair assessment, but what's not being looked at is Mariota's strengths. He excels in the short intermediate throws not the deep ball (although he has made improvements). The problem this year was our WR's couldn't get consistent separation. Landry has shown he can. I personally think that would be a huge asset to the team, and free up other guys on the field.

Landry only gets the 1st down half the time he gets the ball, why wouldn't we want better for our QB?

Now a guy like Paul Richardson gets his 1st downs 75% of the time like a real NFL WR should be.

Landry also catches double the amount of balls on average than Paul.

We didn't. Always had Weems and could have had Douglas (he wasn't injured) almost every game. Then we also had AJ25 suited up and used occasionally on offense for some reason.

Not saying a new coaching scheme won't utilize his roster a little more, but I'm not about to worry about who the 5th or 6th WR on the roster is. They are a small part of a fraction of an offense outside of injuries. If injuries happen, we have other issues anyway.

Landry is that entire team right now, thats why

notice how bad the Dolphins were this year, thats what you get when you throw to Landry 161 times

What if I told you he's played 16 games in each of his first 4 seasons and has set NFL records doing so? I think he may do the slot better
