Hoffa, when I enter the pearly gates I hope God says "we've been waiting for you" and I get to meet the Grandparents and relatives I hear about but never got to meet.

Blazing arrow, by health mystery, it's when a person has an illness that is on going without relief. They have been in and out of the hospital without a diagnoses. By luck or experience or just thinking the right way, you figure out the ailment and treat it successfully.
