@5tweezyPOT how do you keep your avocados from turning brown in your prepped meals?? They go brown in hours for me lol I usually won't cut it unless I'm eating it right away

I don’t, you get most of the same benefit from coconut oil and I bought a big tub of that and haven’t run out yet.

I’m not 100% convinced of its benefits right now.

Honestly I try and stay away from straight avo for that reason. Lime juice will help a bit, but usually I’ll make it creamy with sour cream here’s some I made like 4 days ago. Also air right containers helps BIGTIME. At work well out wrap a container if it’s like half full of guacamole well press
The plastic against the guacamole as tight as possible then re wrap the container. It’s all about oxygen. Here’s some avocado cream I made for a taco salad like Saturday

I just take a multi vitamin right now.

I get about 105-110g of protein a day and that’s what is recommended for me. But I’ve thought of changing my breakfast to a green smoothie and throwing in some protein powder. I want to increase my veggie intake and could deal with the increased carbs as long as they are from greens.

Plan on taking something for potassium because I feel it’s the only thing I don’t get enough of and nothing I can work in would work with my carb limits.

Even when I was lifting, I was never a big supplement guy.

Like eston said, lime juice will help a bit. But I just cut my avocados fresh for that very reason.

On a semi related note, ‘‘tis business has caused me to follow so many people who just record themselves in the gym all the time and post it on Instagram. Why is this a thing? 90% have terrible form on bench press and squats I’m always scared they’ll break their freaking back lol.
