All of us saw our shortcomings but expectations are going to be huge for the next guy coming in. Basically the next coaches have to win and look pretty doing it too. Just wins won't be enough.

Also odd that he picked the Colts within hours of us having a vacancy.

Although, he would have been nice. It doesn’t have to be Mcdaniels. JRob demonstrated today he understands what needs to happen for the team and players to improve and move forward. I think he will find the right guy.

 

Been reports for years he’s been waiting for the chance to coach Mariota tho

 

Except, everyone knows Mariota is playing next season. Luck? Not so much.
