    Ordinarily I would say it would be rediculous for an NFL team to interview a College assistant coach for an NFL head coach position. But then, the Raiders once hired the USC OC to be their HC.

    Past success? He was 3-9 in his last year as head coach. His offenses were below average at Denver.

    Hire an OC who had success with an average QB like Pat Svhurmur. Not some guy who has Tom Brady.
