McCarthy will start against 49ers

    Ironically he hasn't been hurt due to not sliding. It's been due to being fragile I guess. Idk. He gets hurt on plays that dont even look that bad.

    Some of the most innocous looking hits tend to be the most painful/devastating. Football is funny like that. I've seen receivers get blasted by backers and pop right up just like I've seen linebackers make a routine looking hit and be out for weeks. For example we didn't even notice the play Greene got hurt on and he's been out for 4 weeks. The man hadn't missed a game prior to this season.

    I like the upside to McCarthy he is a playmaker, when he is on the field and not in the trainers room, I think williams has been sending him a message! I expect he will play very well sunday and be a difference maker against Gore and Kap on sunday!

    Very good point, I'll be curious to see McCarthy's intensity this week with Williams in his ear the whole week. Should be interesting. I'll focusing in on him when the Titans are on D
