    The problem is, you can't put rookie or 2nd year players too high because you don't know what you'll be getting. Is Baker Mayfield a better qb than everyone not named Mahomes? Better than Brees, Rivers, Big Ben, Ryan, Luck, Wilson, Wentz?

    Not yet...so you can't ASSUME he will...like they do in the article. What's worse is that they put the Dolphins 12th because of how little Rosen costs...but Rosen played poorly last year so not sure he'll even play at a starting level...let alone a top 15.

    Rosen 1 spot AHEAD of Brees? LOL!!! Brees is ONLY avg-ing 25mil/season. That's a steal! He's making what Carr is making...and less than whole lotta qb's...but there is a bigger discrepancy.

    What makes this article hypocritical is Brady at NINE!!! He is one of the top qb's currently playing AND gives his team a huge discount (avging only like 20mil)!

    And he also had a game in 17 in which he had a 39 QB rating and played worse than Blaine Gabbert.

    In over half of the games he's played in the last two years, his QB rating is 80 or less. That's bad. Sure he has good games. But you literally just rattled of 2 of the 3 good ones during the entire year. He doesn't have many .

    Philly, Chargers, Dallas, PATRIOTS, Houston, Jets

    You could count the Buffalo and Baltimore games as "bad" games but the Bills game was a little flukey and the Baltimore was an absolute train wreck. But hey, we did it to Brady, it happens.

    So which games other than those are "bad" games so someone can come and break down your bs hate (we're starting to figure it out) for why you're trying to turn the fan base on him.

    All while playing with nerve damage in his throwing arm. Don't forget he played well in both jags game especially the first one when he was forced back in action. Ppl want the superstar numbers to justify Mariotas greatness. Him not reaching his ceiling is due to a lot of circumstances over the past 2 years. Its not about him just playing poorly when giving a chance to succeed. That has never been the case. I think people have blurred the reality between playing hurt or being injuried often as playing poorly and lacking what it takes to be a great qb.

    Mariota is a good to great qb that just so happens to get hurt a lot and has played with a terrible HC the past 2 years.
