Mariota’s pick thrown targeting Davis

Lol there were 3 wrs on the same side of the field. Where else was Mariota supposed to look?

 

At his idiot OC and tell him to pick a better play.

I will have to admit that's actually not a terribly designed play the more I look at it. Two ppl get open on that play(Walker, Decker). All Davis had to do was occupy peters and at least make it appear he is an option in the end zone. Plus the timing was way off. No reason for them to be that close to each other and maybe that's on the coaches. Walker should have hesitated a second at the line of scrimmage or at least tried to chip block the edge rusher to allow Davis more time to work Peters out of the play.

 

Games have been lost on one turnover. Not only do they get the ball, but we lose a scoring chance. It can be a devastating. This is why it's a big deal.
