Manning injury further dents Colts' star power

How do you expect to be taken seriously around here after saying that? Anyway, you might end up having to by the time the season starts...

 

what has vy done in this league to make me confident he can be a good qb? sure he ran the ball nice in some games but he isnt accurate and we all know his brains arent up to par

It's all well and good to be a fan of your team, but that's one of the dumbest things that has ever been said on this board.

If someone was to poll the Colts organization (coaches, front office, players, etc.) about who they would rather have, I can guarantee that 99% would rather have Young. Hell, Sorgi himself might even vote for Young.

 

That, my friend, is profoundly absurd. Sure, the Colts have won the division the past five years, but look at what the reset of the AFC South has done in the past two years....I know its hard for you to come to grips with the fact that your beloved Colts are on a downward slope while the rest of the division (and conference) they play in is heading up, but you're just going to have to face it. If Brandon Jones didn't brick-hand a perfectly thrown (by VY) 3rd down pass then we would have swept the Colts last year. Give Vince 1 more receiver and 1 more year and I see him putting up 22-8 and 3000 plus about 500 more yards on the ground. Dudes got potential, and now he's got an offensive coordinator to go along with it

 

why is that?


how do you know that sorgi cant play in this league? the colts keep him around for a reason.

what we do know is that vince is not a very good passer and may lack the desire to be so in this league.

Sorgi can hit wide open receivers just as well as Peyton can, folks. They need Tee Martin. Then they'd be unstoppable.

 

Yeah well I rather have Kerry Collins over Peyton Manning. Even Jason Guesser, Neil O' Donnel, Billy Volek, and Jason White.
