Man dragged off plane cuz overbooking

They'd be whippin my ass up and down the aisle of that plane and I be dreaming about that check I was about to get from the airport and American Airlines.

That **** would be XO Airlines when I got done.

Each kick to the ribs I'd just be thinking about which color Mercedes I was about to get.


Please whip my ass Delta, United whoever!

I doubt United will pay a penny. They had a noncompliant customer and called airport security/cops. The airport will be the one paying out the ass.

I had that exact same happen to me in Denver a few years back. Everything was overbooked because of a snow storm that had just ended there. It is not $400, it is a $400 credit (which I never used).

I volunteered because I would already be missing my connection in Seattle anyway. So it was wait in Denver or wait in Seattle, made no difference to me.

Lesson here though, avoid United if you can. Worst major airline in North America lol.

 

I am not sure that would work, people get bumped from flights every day. Have any of them been able to sue for being bumped? We should ask @Scarecrow if he knows?

 

they offered $800 and most likely the next trip out, he wont get anything because the cops had to get involved.

if this ever happens to you, you can feel free to wait it out, because you can get some change. just dont be an ass like this guy.
