CJ stinks and costs me my pay fantasy league...

 

1. If everyone stays healthy we'll make playoffs.

2. Jake Locker will start a couple games in result of Hasselbeck getting injured. (knock on wood)

Can't make anymore predictions until I see a few preseason games. Lots of new guys in new positions. Anything can happen.

 

Wait, that's a BOLD prediction? Huh.

 

1. AFC South Standings: (1) Texans, (2) Jaguars, (3) Colts, (4) Titans
2. Julio Jones will finish as a Top 5 WR in the league.
3. Ray Rice will be the season's leading rusher.
4. Blaine Gabbert will be cemented as Jacksonville's top QB halfway thru the season, or sooner. Garrard could be traded or waived.
5. Denver will win the AFC West with Kyle Orton as starter, being this season's worst-to-first team.
6. The Jets and Steelers will both miss the Playoffs.
7. The Redskins will attain the #1 Draft pick for next season.
8. The Colts will trade up for the #1 Draft pick and select Andrew Luck to serve as Peyton Manning's obvious successor.
9. Tom Coughlin will get fired during the season.
10. The Texans not only make the playoffs, but win 1 game in the Playoffs due to homefield advantage.
11. Vince Young will start at least 1 game for the Eagles, and win.

 

Hasselbeck injured week 3

 

1) Derrick Morgan will get injured after having a pro-bowl caliber start to the season
2) CJ will rush for more yards than he did last year
3) Cook will break out this year
4) Titans will get beaten by the Texans twice
5) Ruud will have a pro bowl year
6) The offensive line will get tighter and more agile
7) Britt will get in trouble again
8) Verner has a pro bowl caliber season, as does Michael Griffin
9) Hasselbeck will do well and Locker won't see the field unless there is an injury
10) Marc Mariani will emerge as a very legit WR and will also make it to the pro bowl.

 

Defense:
1. At some point we see Akeem Ayers, McGrath and Curran all starting at LB
2. Ayers will be DROY
3. Jones AND Morgan have double digit sacks
4. A Verner will lead the team in interceptions
5. M Griffin goes back to the probowl

Offense:
1. CJ2k will LEAD all RBs in RECEIVING yards
2. With Britt's lingering hammy, D WILLIAMS WILL BE OUR TOP RECEIVER
3. J Cook has a beast of a year
4. Harris gets moved back to Center

 

My Titans predictions:

OFFENSE
Jared Cook makes the Pro Bowl
Chris Johnson reports on time not to miss a single game
Damian Williams surpasses Nate Washington at WR

DEFENSE
Cortland Finnegan makes the Pro Bowl
Derrick Morgan has 10+ sacks
Chris Hope keeps his job
