You don't let the competition, the DIRECT competition, get ahead of you by allowing them to snatch up potential assets.

 

I personally don't care who the texans have as coach. They have a bad core of players. JJ watt is really their only legitimately good asset. Andre Johnson is past his expiration date. That is not a desirable job. At least their coach will get to hand pick his new QB. As far as coaching jobs... Houston is not an enviable spot.

 

Money might not be that important to him especially if they offered him some of the key things he would want.

 

I don't know enough about bill obrien to know if he'll kickass or not. Belichek camp so he might be pretty good. I'm holding judgement until the ink is dry and I hear more about his resume.

Typical Titan fashion hold onto a sinking ship while our opponents make moves to get better. Doesn't make sense to hold onto munchak for another week if they're just going to dump him.
