Who do we go after as a replacement?

Let's say that Schwartz and Reese are BOTH gone at the end of this year...who replaces Reese? Who does this person pick to replace Schwartz?

    Enquiring minds wanna know....

i would think someone in house would be promoted to DC. i'd like to see washburn as the DC, but he's said that he is happy just coaching the d-line.

i dont know who would replace reese. im not too informed on the other front offices in the league, but i wouldnt mind someone from the ravens front office. let's face it, the ravens can flat out draft...except for qbs, but we dont have to worry about that.

  3. i agree, or hows about someone from the saints, they got that WR in the 7th round who got his 4th consecutive 100 yard receiving game it might have been 3rd but hes definately a diamond in the ruff

My only prerequisite is that they must have NFL experience.. No more Chow crap.

Buddy Nix, the Chargers assistant GM is the first guy I would call for the GM's job. He was a really good college coach back in the day at UTC and is a native of this area. He's done a heck of a job as A.J. Smith's assistant in San Diego.

yeah, I've thought for awhile that Washburn has the tenacity you'd like to see in a DC, maybe he's just not a gameplan type of guy though .....
