Lakers returning to the top of the West.

Well, I guess Kobe is going to wait on surgery. I hope he does. West is too tough this year. Gotta get all the wins now to have a shot at playoffs.

 

Lakers absolutely demolished the Hawks tonight. Led by 41 points early in the 3rd.
Pheonix game tomorrow night is huge, but right now the Lakers are coasting. They may be unbeatable at this point.

 

I'm not looking at one game, but leading a team (any team) by 41 pts in the NBA is a pretty impressive thing.
They've been dominating for 6 weeks though, and these games they've lead almost the entire time. Hornets and Magic being 2 of the teams in there.

 

I know, right? I'd be pissed if I were a Heat fan or player. Shaq did this to Laker fans too. Got fat and useless, but as soon as he went to another team he transformed, got in shape, and started playing. That didn't last long, but here it is again. Guy fakes injuries for Miami, then all of a sudden plays with more hustle than he has in 2 years tonight.
He's a joke to me. I wonder what injury will sit him down in a few weeks once he's tired from playing at a fast pace? Stubbed toe?

But this was a great game. Wish the refs would have tucked the whistles more though. Way too many touch fouls giving PHX 2 free throws. Slowed the game down too.

 

noah getting more time - a positive? I'd hope I never saw that kid if I were a bulls fan. He's an uglier Mark Madsen, but more feminine.
