It's the 2 muscles that connect your pelvis to your inner-thighs. Basically, they're the muscles you use when you pull your legs together.

    that's a pretty ridiculous statement.

you don't rest two of your best players in week 7 just because you're playing a sub-par team, especially when one of them isn't even injured. the chiefs are still an nfl team with talent and have beaten a playoff contender in KC already this year.

plus, we only carry 9 defensive linemen and if we don't play two of them our depth would be shot for that game.

How utterly noobish of you to call my post a 'pretty ridiculous statement'

name calling each other's posts and 'statements' aside, we don't need to risk two of our most effective defensive players over a KC "sub-par team" (as you put it)...

the same "sub-par team" which couldn't score a penny against the panther's defense which just happens to rank 26th in the league.

the same "sub-par team" whose starting QB hasen't played a snap in 4 consecutive games..

the same "sub-par team" which ranks 1 spot above last in total offense.

who cares if they have beaten Denver this season? what does that mean? I don't think you're serious.. but if you were to base your arguments on that logic, please explain how the team we almost lost to a couple weeks back was blown away by a team which was almost (and probably should have been) defeated to another team which we blew away in week 3? confusing huh? no no..you can't be serious.. right?

Seriously though, I'd RATHER keep KVB and big Al safe and fresh to play 30 snaps a game against a dangerous divisional rival and see the same monstrous effect we saw against the Jags, than witness a defensive weapon break a bone or pull a hamstring during a game which he could have have either sat, or played a limited amount of snaps.

Atleast thats just my opinion though.. Some people might agree, and some might not.

it remains an opinion.. not a 'pretty ridiculous statement'.. an opinion.
re-word your post little brother. :sad2:

Guys, this is the NFL. This isn't like we are a SEC team playing a Conference-USA team. You don't rest players because the team you are playing has only won one game. That attitude is how you get beat. We have to come to play with everybody that can play every Sunday. How many Redskins fans thought they would lose to St. Louis? And St. Louis has looked much worse than Kansas City this year. I'm confident that our players aren't looking past this game like some fans are.

wplatham and big titan are right on this one. The difference between a good nfl team and a bad one is slight and can even change from week to week. This is the NFL and everyteam can put a good game together any week . . . the good ones are just able to do it more frequently. You play every healthy player you have everyweek and you play your *** off to win. Getting wins in the NLF is hard and you don't take a single one for granted or a single team for granted. If we go into this game with the attitude that pit bull has we will lose to KC.
