Rumor Kenny Britt to the Lions?

Kenny Britt started vs a daunted Steelers team his rookie year, put up big numbers that game.

Justin Hunter wasnt even activated his first week as a rookie. When Hunter is asked what was going on durring his TD catch, he cant even recall the moment. He couldnt even believe what happened.

Point is; Kenny is proven, and Hunter isnt ready to see 40-50 snaps.

Every player hits turmoil, and like all others, Kenny will power through the adversity and come out on top.

Or he could get traded and finally fully develop with another team. Either way we lose if we go by what most fans are saying we should do.

He just takes random bets to stir the pot. He learned it from DW. Then if someone shows something he can garner all the small, internet, go titans based fame he longs for.

 

He might become a better player somewhere else, but it won't be here. If we plays so-so this year, we're not extending his contract unless it's a very small one, which Britt won't go for. If Britt hits his stride this year, we'll tag him for a year and then he'll move on. Either way, a year or two from now we're not gonna have Britt. We may as well get something for him now.

 

Fully develop??? You really think he's even here next season...

trade him, get a draft pick, and move on, simple as that! better than ending up with nothing at the end of the season.

 

This is so dumb. You're scared of britt on another team... You continue to waiver on the worth of the guy. Now he's merely only worth keeping to not help another team...

Then you're saying hunter can't start opposite Nate because britt is proven... Proven what exactly? To have 5 good games his whole career? How many of those have been lately?

He's a goner one way or another. If we could honestly get something productive out of him... Great. It's a hard sell tho.

Does that mean we should continue the "play the vet" cuz he's so proven tho? Cuz dudes not helping this team right now. He can say all the right things in interviews and not come off like an entitled ass but truth is... His history speaks loud and clear.

Hunter wouldn't get the start over Dwill anyways. I'd play HIM before britt and continue to let hunter get snaps.

But don't worry guys. Brits gonna magically turn it on. Locker doesn't think he's security blanket worthy cuz Nate already secured that. Whoever is playing opposite Nate right now honestly doesn't matter. But when they are targeted... Like britt was 5 times.... You'd hope he (whoever is playing) catches em.

 

Thing is, Hunter isn't half the blocker KB is. That matters more than it normally would on this team.

And it's not unlikely that Britt turns it around. It's extremely likely that he will...


Amazing how week 3 fans are so "done" with a guy because he tweeted something. Fickle as fack.
