    Come on guys! 100 yards after ACL recovery in 16 seconds is GREAT!!!!! All he can do is get better, I ran 100 yards in 18 seconds as a part of my ACL Reconstruction rehab, it's an idea where you are and how much you need to improve.

    Depends on when you ran the 100m. 4 months= on track, 8 months = behind schedule.

    the sky is falling...our crippled WR who is rehabbing a torn ACL ran the 100 in a poor time. Oh no..I thought he would be faster with a torn ACL..
