It kinda sucks for Cyprien. He seems like a good guy and great teammate, not disappearing while out for the year. Some might say he does not "Deserve" to be cut. But like Snoop and William Munny each said "Deserve's got nothing to do with it."

Vaccaro is a much better fit for what the Titans need at SS. And he is working cheap this year, it will cost a lot more to re-sign him. Cutting Cyprien should cover most of the cost of re-signing Vaccaro.

Some might want to keep Cyprien and move him to ILB. The thing with that is the Titans are flush with undersized.

    Anyone else have thoughts?

IDK why Cyp is still here, injury settlement that guy already and be done with the failed signing.

Could save about $5M towards re-signing Vaccaro if we flush Cyp.

    Definitely drop Cyp.

Vacarro has been an upgrade, but he shouldn’t be penciled in as a starter.

Vacarro has played a lot better than what I expected. I wasnt a fan at all of him signing here because of his past play but he’s fit in nicely. Plays the run well and doesn’t get burned on deep balls half as much as Cyp did. Cyp is scheduled to make $6.7mi next year, too much for a guy that played inconsistent. Let him walk and it’s only going to cost $750k,definitely doable. Im on board with you, take that money your saving and use it towards singing Vac. long term. Worse case restructure Cyps deal and use him for depth and ST.

Cyp was coming along well. Vaccaro has been a pleasant addition though.

If you can keep both- definitely do it.

Maybe Cyp sucked in LeBeau system and could be better with Peas? I like Vaccaro as he's been a pleasure was pleasant surprise. I'd like to keep both for depth. I thank Cyp for knocking out Kelce in the wildcard game!

Yea and if he does that same hit in 2018 its a huge penalty.

Cyp can be shown the door now, Vaccaro is the better player. And we also have Shank we want to develop.. No room for Cyp in 2019

Yeah I would like us to develop Dane Cruikshank sooner rather than later. Cyp can go but we do need better CBs. What I really want us to do is fix the O-Line but that's a different topic.
