The Kats were just not the same when Bud Adams brought the team back. Bad marketing, it lost what made it fun in the beginning.
    They should never have left.

it should be made clear that the Kats are not 'leaving'
    the franchise is ceasing operation
slightly different from moving to Atlanta when they became the Georgia Force

it's sad, sure will be weird if the Preds bail
such a nice facility to be empty

Whether they leave or cease, the result is the same here.
Does it mean that they could be bought by another group and remain here?

I just thought Bud was playing hardball to get the arena prices down a bit.

i'd assume that a group could purchase the franchise and resume
as the franchise is not being dismantled by the league

Well, I guess I wont be trying out for the Kats after all. That sucks. The games were fun to go to, especially if you had seats on the wall.
