Rumor Josh McDaniels Wants the Titans HC Job

If Chip's brain is bigger than his ego he would go for something like that. Obviously Chip knows a lot and is very good at certain things. Equally obvious is that Chip has a lot to learn about running an NFL team.

Going to work for a strong coach like Coughlin would be best for him. Not someone who will give him autonomy over the offense. But someone who will guide Chip, keep what works and toss out what does not work.

 

If that is true that then Chip will fail for sure. Every good head coach in the NFL today had an NFL mentor.

 

You would think so. But I also would think it would make no sense to give a guy full control to a guy with only two years in the NFL. I also thought it made no sense to give a ton of money to a guy to be NFL head coach who was the OC at New Hampshire not that long ago.

 

best believe hes over the shoulder of whoever is cleaning the toilets making sure they do it fast nuff tho

 

I heard the Philly Janitorial staff complaining about how he got rid of "all the good toilet bowl cleaners" and how he is a racist.

What would be the offensive play style?

Would McDaniels open Mariota in the Shotgun more?

 

It would be more balanced actually. But I also think he would make Yoda shine in moments where we all thought he couldn't

 

Didn't Mariota do better under center than from shotgun though?

i know i preferred him not in the shotgun.. not enough time for plays to develop

 

Actually, I heard he cut/traded all his talent so he could fill the roster spots with people who should be janitors, just to prove its his system and not the talent.

That's why philly stunk like **** on the field this year.
