    If he is on the board do we not take him? I know we need wr's but if any of the top 3 corners (jenkins,cromartie,Mckelvin) or DE's merling harvey or campbell (he might play dt and de) would we go that route? Makes more since to get the guy that will contribute now vs project. I think stewart may fall and if so to me he is the guy!

    Todd McShay of ESPN.com actually has us taking Calais Campbell... in the 2nd round. Stewart will be long gone before we pick at 24, if he does drop that far, then yes I think you have to seriously consider it.

    I haven't seen anybody post info on McShay's full 7 round mock draft, I for one would be pretty happy with it. He's got us with Sweed in the 1st, Cambell in the 2nd, Jack Williams-CB from Kent state in 3rd, Ali Highsmith of LSU and Steve Slaton in the 4th (this was done on 4/23...before the Pac trade), Carlton Powell- DT from VA tech in the 5th, and Justin Harper- WR VA tech in the 7th round (who I think is a great sleeper). Interesting players that he has going in the 4th round at or after the pick from Dallas include: Jermichael Finley, William Franklin, Lavelle Hawkins, Eric Young, and Drew Radovich... Overall, I think that would be a pretty strong draft on paper.

    I'm a long time ESPN insider, and McShay is not always right about his picks specific to the team, but he is almost always right on for where guys go in the draft...

    Nothing he did. Reports on Stewart are that he will be ready for training camp. Word is that Mendenhall will still be there into the 20's.

    He wont be there IMO. Thats why I didnt consider him in my top 3. But if he was.....ya we would.
