Almost, but not quite. For you to call it like you see it, you need to admit you have an irrational bias against Alabama players. Your over drafting argument is correct, but not just for Alabama at present. I just showed you it still happens with players from FSU. And it happens with all successful programs.

Look, I agree with you on Humphrey and Howard. In fact, there are only two Alabama players (Allen and Foster) I would take in the first round this year, and I'm an Alabama fan. Maybe, I'd take Williams in the first if all I needed was an edge rusher.

 

For me, I found he was losing at about the 10 yard range (and it's not because he can't run) - He doesn't track the ball but often attacks the target zone of the WR... he has the athletics to make these things serviceable for a C1/c3 team but I doubt it happens year 1. He's a ceiling style player to me.
