Johnson as backup QB

    Kerry Collins is fine. He knows the offense, the team, and everything else. Keep him here, he may not be the best starter, but as a backup I don't mind him. Plus I liked the way he took VY under his wing last year, VY even said he has helped him grow as a QB...

    I'd like to see Rattay, but I wouldn't be upset with Brad Johnson. NO to brooks, NO! I've been through too much watching him in new orleans.

    Kerry collins is not ok..

    Come on, we need a guy who can win a few games while vince is out. Rattay fits that need and is young enough to make a longer committment to. Collins would be my last choice among he, rattay, bouman, brooks and johnson.

    I wouldn't mind Johnson at all. He is experienced and can help Vince out. Look at what Trent Dilfer did in SF with Alex Smith.
