There are some solid Safeties available in FA this year

 

Cyprien to replace Williamson, let Searcy and rookie figure out other safety spot.

 

my dream draft for 25th includes sam hubbard at edge anyway..

 

Cyprien played well in the playoffs

 

What games were you watching? He was abused in coverage every time he was in coverage. He makes plays at the LOS, so put him at LB. At safety he’s a huge liability.

 

Made a hit on Kelce that shoulda been a fumble
Made a PBU vs KC in 4th Q
Laid hit on 4th down KC turnover on downs

 

The only thing he did in the playoffs was give Kelce a concussion and postpone the nationally televised embarrassment to the next week.

Dude was getting absolutely worked in coverage during the playoffs and was taking bad angles in the run game the entire second half of the season.

 

He is my early favorite too. Combine next month, so it will begin...

 

I think I counted maybe 4 "good" games from cyprien. Although those aren't really good "games" more like a solid half here and there.
If there was any chance of him consistently playing closer to that, I'd make an argument to keep him, but he can't, so I won't.

Not sure Searcy is good enough to even replace him, so this is a FA/draft hole that needs fixed.

 

He's fine for what he is...
