My previous post in this thread explains exactly how I feel. I'm not sure he gets it done with "decent" personnel either. But all-pro personnel and Schwartz is fine.

I believe Schwartz has ONE All-Pro personnel player.

Schwartz specializes in DB's right? Washburn has done a very good job. If Schwartz did leave I'd want Washburn. If he's still here after 3 years we'll be having this discussion again. Haynesworth, Bulluck, Thornton, Hope, and Harper might all be gone by then.

I guess what I mean is we have a lot of above average to great players on D.

With AH-Bulluck-KVB-Finnegan-Hope-Griffin-Thornton I'd hope the team could succeed. I'm only leaving out Kearse-Tony Brown- Tully- Harper as legit badasses in that statement, but I think all maybe above average NFL starters.

I think Dehr Schwartzie will make an uber HC. I have been wanting chief Red Hat to become a HC for years now.

anyways if fat albert was not on a contract year then JS would not be looking so smart. If JS was that good why did the cows gouge his D repeadly sunday? What will the Norsemen do this Sunday, tune in Schwartz fans. Same JS time same JS stadium

If AH leaves we will make a concerted effort through the draft or free agency to beef up that position. We have already starting by drafting jones.

We already have to start wondering what to do with vince because he will be in year 4 of of an 8 year $80M contract and that is far too much money for a backup.

You bashers (generalizing) talk about how he gives up points in his "prevent" defense. He gave up 0 points in the second half, when we had a two score lead.

Slaten (sp?) got ~20 garbage yards at the end of the first half, where playing prevent was the only smart thing to do. Poor tackling allowed a few more broken runs, and that is not Schwartz's fault. Give me a break. If not for broken tackles and garbage yards, we would have held Slaten to around 50 yards.

He held Andre Johnson to a low amount of catches. That's an accomplishment in itself. His defense also scored 6 points, with a combined effort from KVB and Finnigan (and help from Schaub).

In no way did the cows gouge us.
