    If you can't get Josh McDaniels this has to be the guy. Has earned his stripes already as an OC and he's only 33. Would be a grand slam hire, especially considering he's from this state.

    If you could pair him with a good DC I’d like the hire. Would prefer he run a little more effectively, but that’s probably a personnel thing in Detroit.
