    Except Todd isn’t calling passing plays anymore. Tim Kelly is. Downing is the OC in name only

    I think that’s a leap. As passing game coordinator, Kelly will (hopefully) design better plays for Downing to call. I don’t think one will call pass plays and one will call running plays. Kelly will help develop more sensible game plans, but I expect Downing to call plays just as Bowen did after Schwartz’s hire.
