Jake Locker update after surgery

Read between the lines here. We are going with Jake next year. I suspect the only difference in our QBs will be that Rusty is replaced as the third string.

 

I just don't have it in me anymore to want this injury ridden guy being our #1 QB.

 

I hate to say it but we need to bring Vince back as our #2 next year.

 

Jake rushed back from the hip. He HAS to mature in the way he takes care of himself. Now he didnt reaggravate the hip, but it kept him from being able to do his baseball slide on that option play vs the Jags. I dont necessarily disagree with Jake being back next season. He comes cheap, but you have to plan as if he wont stay healthy,whether that means drafting a qb in April or whatever.

 

He means he is as fragile as a cracker.

 

The way he uses the word I took it too mean slower.

We definitely need to draft a QB. No later than the 3rd round. Jake has sooooo much potential... but once the injury bug strikes... It's literally over. Next will be concussions.... And so on... and so on... etc...
