It could be worse

Unlike you, I don't get off on negative posts. It serves no purpose and doesn't add to any conversation to say "we're not that good".

Everyone knows, and everyone knew, we've got problems at multiple positions, especially two that were meant to be strengths - RB and O-Line. We weren't going to suddenly be good with half an off-season.

 

Getting back to this point.

The Colts knew, or should have known that Manning might not have played and they did nothing about it.
They knew their defense was bad. They knew they had no running game and they especially knew that Manning is the reason they are where they are and their response to his potential season-ending surgery. Use Curtis Painter and sign Kerry Collins.

That is why their loss is worse than ours.
