Is Vrabel on the hot seat next season?

    As much as I’ve railed against Mularkey’s firing, I do like Vrabel and think he showed more upside than downside in his first year as a head coach. Does the expectation level for next season constitute a "warm seat" scenario for him?

    In this day and age coaches need to put up right away. If he hasn’t shown significant improvement, then we need to move on. It sucks watching guys like McVay, Frank Reich, Peterson, etc and we are stuck with Vrabel

    Also If Vrabel can’t beat the colts next year, then can his ass. Getting swept by Division rivals is unacceptable.

    Vrabel officially on the hot seat.
