Its a 1-year deal, so this is good for him, will get to be in camp instead of wasting away at home.
Yeah. That's why I said damn it. I knew he was never coming here. This landing spot really blows though. His value is tanked.
Browns could even flip this into a draft pick if they dont re-sign him, hes a RFA so they get a pick back when he walks for the money
That John Dorsey is smart, look out for the brownies in 2019
People overreact. He's good, but he's not great. And not worth having a piece of trash around that a lot of people in the locker room resent. A career journey man backup came in and essentially did the same thing. And he sucked against us when we took out Kelce and Mariota-fied his offense
Yeah, I tend to think he's more a product of that system than anything. I mean he's a good back, and he may fit the Browns system well too, but I don't think he's in the same league as Kamara, Zeke, Barkley, and the other top athletes at the position, so I'm not sure how much of a headache he's worth.
I'd much rather have second half of the season Derrick Henry over him, regardless of off the field issues anyways.
Dorsey is familiar with him from his KC days, Hunt is from the Cleveland area so it makes sense. There may be some backlash from the fanbase but as far as Hunt goes, it's a good landing spot for him.
He can keep hanging out with his old friends, I am sure that will be good for him
its only a 1 year deal so next yr he'll probably go somewhere that actually needs him
What will his FA status be though? Will he be unrestricted, restricted or exclusive rights?
idk the answer to that but ppl will make offers, and the browns prob wont match a really good offer since they have chubb
