As satisfying as it would be to all of us seeing Webster get dismissed today, it would not send a good message to potential candidates. Better to ride out this last game and dismiss him with professionalism and not have candidates believe we are knee-jerk Al Davis types.

Funny how two years ago so many people were saying this roster had talent and a bunch of the "P" word that's so commonly used amongst drafted players but Munchak didn't know how to use it.

Not giving Ruston a pass, he deserves to be fired. But people didn't want to believe Whiz really is that bad of a coach. Such a **** hire and I called this happening. No coincidence a pro bowl lineman comes here and is absolute trash, leaves and does decent somewhere else. The most athletic tackle and what was considered by a bunch of people one of the most pro ready guards in the last 10 years are underwhelming and maybe average at best.

That's why this team needs to be cleaned from top to bottom.
