    I'm sure the NFL had a rule that PI were a max 15 yards.

    I don't remember it ever being that way. But no big deal its not the rule right now.

    If the rule wasn't the way it was right now, receivers would be getting mauled in the endzones.

    Pass interference would be embraced and utilized much too often.

    It works fine in the NCAA because most defenders suck and won't be anywhere near the pass to interfere with.

    The NCAA sucks. They can keep their "a catch is a catch" rule and all other hogwash like being able to hit the QB.
