Hope with concussion

    griffin has had a severe problem filling against the run.

    Sad but true which really surprised me considering what a beast he was on special teams. He homed into the ball nearly every kick making a sure tackle. Now at safety he has been burnt on a couple big run plays. Besides Johnson's second TD on Sun. Griffin seems to be playing the pass fine.

    Hope had to come out of the denver game after getting dinged in the head so this is 2 games in a row and something they better take their time on. Hope is signed through 2010 and we don't want to take any chances with our long term investment..

    A concussion actually causes bruising on the brain so it is different than a boxer getting knocked out with a clean punch. Eddie was completely knocked out against the steelers in 02 and was able to play the very next week.

    English boxer davey boy green took this ray leonard left hook but still recovered enough to win his next 5 fights. I saw that fight live and actually feared for this guy. yikes.
