yeah. they are going to have a tractor trailer load of portable table saws to give away oct 29. Somehow they will inform 1000 seat holders, several from every section to receive the prize. They will be approched by an employee at the direction of the ushers during the october 29 houston game.. This is all in an effort to generate more interest in lumber and other building materials of course. One lucky spectator will receive the grand prize of 70,000 foam titans swords with the LP logo.
And to think I was just hoping that perhaps they would hand out free 2x4's before the first game... :ha:
yeah, that's a great idea... pass out 70,000 2x4's to a belligerent crowd. we don't need no stikin' terrible towels!!!
And here I was hoping for a power drill... By the second half of the season, ticket holders are conducting small building projects on their seats... building shades, booster seats for the kiddies, etc... and of course, a better cup holder that your knees don't bang into!
