SUMMARY: On Thursday, DT Albert Haynesworth spoke to the media about his 5-game suspension and his plans during that time. He said he couldn't appeal because he committed the sin and deserved the punishment. "It was a blur. It was a big, big mistake and something I wish I could do anything to take that back," said Haynesworth. Haynesworth plans to work out in Atlanta with former Falcons DL Chuck Smith during his suspension and spend each Sunday in a Nashville community center with children. He also plans to receive anger management counseling.
