1st - I read somehwere that he had a midnight curfew
2nd - he had no business then heading into downtown
3rd - considering he lives in the opposite direction
4th - driving a vehicle without a license is not allowed

considering he was heading into the downtown area at that time suggests he was going somewhere that would have kept him out even longer

self-imposed or not, it was something he had told the commissioner he would adhere too and that should make it binding

unless of course he has no intentions to living up to any of his word

he's playing na-na-na booboo with the commissioner of the league

and where he was stopped
suggests that he left his house right around midnight
the very time he should be arriving home - not leaving
