    I can offer my diet and exercise regiment. Never tore an ACL however, we may notice a decline in other performances on the field.

    We have a lof of "Ifs" regarding the team right now. That's a bad sign in my experience. Many at key positions.

    This is just brutal. I was hopeful & excited about the fact that we had built an elite defense going into this year.

    Knowing we likely have a middling offense, my thought was we could match up with teams in AFC like Buffalo / KC / Chargers with a fearsome pass rush and lights out D.

    Next man up etc but my goodness what a blow.
