Nicks 10X more polished than Mike Williams coming out? Are you serious?
In two years of college ball Williams caught 176 passes for 2,579 yards and had 30 TDs. Williams was the 10th guy taken in the 2005 draft. Nicks isn't near the prospect coming out. Nicks might have a better pro career which is still debatable until he does it but make no mistake Williams was a stud in college.

Nicks IMO is similar to Dewayne Bowe. Mainly a possession WR who can get physical and he has solid hands. He isn't a burner who blows by guys by any stretch but could be a solid WR and IMO he would be a solid pick for the Titans.

Just because Mike Williams put up those stats in college doesn't mean he was a polished WR. Vince put up good passing numbers in college, and he's still not a polished QB.

Nicks' hands and route running, the two most important traits for a WR, are far superior than Mike Williams' were coming out of college.

    Well...

Williams wasn't near the route runner Nicks is...but Mike Williams had GREAT hands coming out of college. He made a lot of spectacular one handed grabs. He couldn't get separation though and relied on outsizing the defender and then reaching out and catching the rock while shielding the DB.

Nicks also has great hands AND great concentration. Hands plus route running plus physicality makes for a NICE WR.

    He's a shorter Keyshaun.

They were running through the Wonderlic scores on NFLN and reported Nicks had scored a 14. Vince's official was a 16. They brought Vince up and said they didn't believe the 6.

Speaking of Keyshawn and great hands, good routes and high wonderlics, I'll bring up Ramses Barden again. His spotlight on NFL.com compares him to Key (they look similar facially and production-wise, but Barden said he's more than just a possession receiver).

    Yes...well...

Until Barden learns how to run routes as well as Key, he's not EVEN a possession guy. But he COULD be...but the COULD is the iffy word.
