Bobby Petrino, head caoch of the Atlanta Falcons, just resigned from the team. He went to Arkansas. Nothing like jumping ship.

Not huge news but he DID say he would be back for next season.

    Yeah no doubt.

"What? Michael Vick won't be back for next season? Twenty three months?"

    "Hey Arthur, about that contract?"

It just hit NFL network on the T.V. It will be out any minute I am guessing.

    What a quitter!

Hard to respect a guy who can't complete a season without bailing.

The falcons could be a playoff contender next year with a good post season-draft and some luck with injuries..

If you can't stand the heat... go coach in college (apparently).

Falcons owner Arthur Blank must feel like a total chump. First Mora spewing that crap on the radio about coaching the Huskies, then Vick stabs him in the back and now Petrino slips in his own dagger.
