Gruden makes bank with raiders

So... if he is unsuccessful, will this tarnish his brand?

This is risky for him, frankly.

$6.5 million a year JUST doing MNF... add in his commercials and whatnot. If he fails as a coach, he may lose that extra income.

 

Meh.. I think he will be great for Carr and the offense. But this hire is more about Vegas than anything else.

I think Gruden is an excellent coach.
Can't justify $100 mil, but a solid coach selection.

 

if he fails as a coach, he will get 100 million and be back to announcing football.
