Gray's defensive scheme

Patriots don't have a 2nd round LB. Chandler and Hightower were both first rounders, they also don't have anybody better on the roster. We have Witherspoon, who is better than ZB.. and on the otherside Ayers. Of course Brown didn't play any.

 

"Putting guys in position to succeed" is coach talk for "I need to find plays they can learn and then hope they learn them." I have a feeling that these guys are not the brightest crayons in the box. It appears they learn slowly or not at all. Maybe we need to look at their regular IQs instead of just their football IQs before we hire them.
